Returns & Refunds Policy

By availing devotional services through the OmVaikuntha platform, you agree to pay all amounts due on your billing account for the services you have requested. Any order placed through the Website/App for devotional services such as online puja, prasad delivery, religious tourism packages, or any other service, cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, and no refunds will be provided.

Pooja and Offering Date Changes

Once a payment is made for a pooja or offering, the selected date cannot be changed. However, if the temple cancels a pooja or event due to reasons beyond our control, an alternative date will be provided. Any processing fees or transaction charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the cardholder and may be added on top of the puja or offering charges.

Transfer of Puja Service

If you wish to transfer your puja service to someone else, you must contact us at support@omvaikuntha.com at least two days before the scheduled pooja.

Prasad

Prasad delivered from the temple to your home address is a perishable item and, as such, cannot be returned once it has been ordered. Prasad is offered to the deity during the pooja, and therefore, it cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Non-Perishable Items (Religious Merchandise)

For non-perishable items like religious merchandise, our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 15 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers), and downloadable software services.

Return Process

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (card or other payment method) within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. If it's still missing, contact your card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted officially.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@omvaikuntha.com and send the item to our registered office address, which is provided on the Website.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
